By accessing or using our Platform, submitting information, or agreeing to our Terms of Service or Master Service Agreement (“MSA”), you consent to the practices described below.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Platform, including customers, business applicants, and partners. It covers both:
Personal Information — information that identifies or can reasonably identify an individual, and
Financial and Business Information — data related to a company’s creditworthiness, banking, or tax activities collected for credit scoring, discovery, or automated underwriting.
This Policy does not apply to anonymized or aggregated information that cannot identify you.

We collect information from or about you when you use our Platform, submit applications, connect third-party data sources, or otherwise interact with us. The categories of information include:

- Full name, company name, title, address, email address, phone number
- Usernames, account credentials, authentication data
b) Financial and Credit Information
- Business and personal credit reports and credit scores
- Financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements)
- Bank account information and bank statements
- Third-party data sources related to trade, credit, or liens
- Tax returns, tax transcripts, or IRS data (via secure consent)
- Accounts receivable, payable, and payment history
- Other documents uploaded or connected for underwriting or scoring purposes
c) Business and Operational Data
- Business registration information (EIN, incorporation details)
- Industry classification, business age, and trade history
- UCC filings, judgments, liens, and other public filings
d) Usage and Technical Data
- Log files, IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, timestamps

- Messages, emails, and other communications with our support team

3. How We Use Information

- Service Delivery — to provide, operate, and maintain the Platform and its credit scoring and underwriting features.
- Credit Assessment and Underwriting — to evaluate business creditworthiness, automate lending decisions, and provide predictive credit analytics through BetaScore.
- Identity Verification and Fraud Prevention — to confirm user identity and protect against fraudulent access or misuse.
- Compliance and Legal Obligations — to comply with applicable laws, regulations, audits, and reporting requirements (e.g., KYC, anti-fraud, GLBA).
- Data Analytics and Product Improvement — to improve algorithms, scoring models, and overall service performance using anonymized or aggregated data.
- Customer Support and Communication — to respond to inquiries, provide support, and deliver service or policy updates.
- Billing and Account Management — to process payments, invoices, and maintain customer accounts.
- Security and Risk Management — to detect, investigate, and prevent unauthorized access or malicious activity.
We do not sell or rent personal or financial data to third parties.

- Service Providers and Vendors: Hosting, cloud storage, analytics, email, payment, and security providers under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.

We do not disclose Customer financial or tax data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal, financial, and business data only for as long as necessary to:
- Fulfill the purpose for which it was collected;
- Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements;
- Maintain records for auditing or fraud prevention.
When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with our Data Retention and Disposal Policy.

We employ administrative, technical, and organizational controls designed to safeguard sensitive and confidential information, including:
- AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit
- Role-based access control and least-privilege user permissions

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material updates will be communicated via email or in-app notifications and posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
